Job Description
1. Handling and supervising
the implementation of Company's Payroll process.
2. Ensure that the Payroll
Pph 21 reporting data is appropriate.
3. Updating actual payroll
data for both site and headquarters
4. Reviewing employee's
payroll and benefits.
5. Ensure employee data
accuracy with BPJS Kesehatan, BP Jamsostek, Medical Insurance
6. Perform monthly and
annual tax calculations and ensure timely payments
7. Ensure that compensation
and benefit rules are in line with government regulation.
8. Creating and Maintaining
Budget forecast related to comben.
9. Experience with payroll
software
Requairment :
- Bachelor
degree in Accounting/Human Resources or equivalent
- Having
5 years of working experience in payroll processing, benefits and
administration.
- Skills: Strong analytical,
organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in payroll software
and tools.
- Attention
to Detail:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling payroll
records.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of
payroll processes, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
