Job Description :

Managing sales through the development of a business plan, set individual and team sales target, overseeing sales, activity and the team performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in any majors
• 3 years experience in travel agents, customer groups and Hospitality industry
• Conducting consultative solutioning and selling to corporate customer
• Familiar with B2B sales process and engagements.
• Sales will be monitored with activities such as daily calling (new, recall, and maintain calls), weekly presentations, and monthly closing according to target amount
• Excellent in leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong in Analysis & Strategy, Leadership and Effective Communication
• Proficiency in English
