Responsibilities:

·       Manage the implementation of company policies and procedures in operational activity.

·       Deploy defined strategies from operations perspective during the process of establishing the new site of service as well as optimizing existing site.

Qualifications:

• Min. education level at bachelor degree for all majors
• 53years experiences in the hospitality industry (Theme Park, Hotel, Bank, Insurance,etc).
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
• Expertise in operation management and customer service management.
• Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure
• Digital Savvy and Willing to travel
• Able to communication in English (Preferred)
