Responsibilities :

1. Drafting & reviewing agreements
2. Provide legal opinion to management and other departments regarding the company's business activities
3. Do the correspondence with our vendors
4. Take actions / litigation for some cases if necessary
5. Handling an end to end legal administrations

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor Degree in Law 
2. 1-2 Years Experiences as Corporate Legal Analyst (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)
3. Have a good communications (Bahasa & English) and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure
5.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
